Ingredients
Serves 4:
- 250g pizza dough
- 200g Cacetto Sardo cheese,
- olives (Taggia variety if available)
- cherry tomatoes (Pachino variety if available)
- fresh tomato purée
- 2 anchoviese
- extra virgin olive oil
- a few basil leaves
Method
Roll out the risen dough to the desired thickness and prick all over with a fork. Drizzle oil over the top and spread on the tomato purée. Garnish with the olives, diced cheese, diced cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and chopped anchovies. Place in the oven preheated to 230° and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes.
