Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 12 slices of bresaola (finely sliced)
- 200g Cà Briolu cheese
- 1 handful of rocket leaves
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt as required
Method
Cut the Cà Briolu cheese into very thin slices, place it on the slices of bresaola and roll into roulades. Place the rocket dressed with a pinch of salt in the middle of a serving plate, add the bresaola roulades and, before serving, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil.
