Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 1 pack puff pastry
- 300g Rugiola cheese
- 3 slices prosciutto (cut thickly)/li>
- grated parmesan as required
- pepper as required
Method
In a bowl, use a spoon to work together the Rugiola cheese, 50g of grated parmesan and a bit of pepper, mixing until you get a smooth cream.
Dice the prosciutto and mix it into the cheese cream. Lay out the puff pastry and place the resulting filling mixture on top, sprinkle with grated parmesan and bake in the oven at 200° for approx. 20/25 minutes. Best served lukewarm.
